To qualify for graduation, a student must:

• Gain the required number of semester hours with a passing grade on assignments.
• Pay all outstanding tuition, fees, and penalties twenty-one days before the student’s graduation date.
• Students who participate in a formal graduation ceremony will be responsible for rental costs of caps, gowns, and hoods.

Payment must be received 30 days in advance of graduation
